How does the subscription work?

Fill out the interest form, choose your delivery days (minimum twice weekly) and preferred plan. We confirm your slot, you pay, and your first delivery lands before 9AM on your chosen days. Menu rotates weekly.

Is there a trial before I commit monthly?

Yes. All plans start with a 2-week paid trial, pro-rated from your chosen tier. No monthly commitment until you're satisfied and ready to continue.

What time exactly will breakfast arrive?

All deliveries are guaranteed before 9AM. We can't promise a specific minute, but your breakfast will always be there before your morning truly begins.

Do I get the same meal every day?

Never. We intentionally rotate the menu across your delivery days. You'll always recognise the quality — you'll never be bored with what's in the box.

What about dietary preferences or allergies?

Let us know in your interest form and we'll do our best to accommodate. We take dietary needs seriously and confirm feasibility before locking in your subscription.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes. You can pause up to twice per month with sufficient notice, and cancel at any time. We just ask for timely communication so we can plan your deliveries.
